In December I went to Tokyo to perform and I had a blast. I saw Cirque Du Soleil's production of Zen next to Tokyo Disneyland. That show was amazing. I got to perform in a beautiful theatre in Tokyo and experience my first Japanese styled dressing room. On my last free day I decided to go to Ueno Park to see some History in Japan. I can't wait to go back again. There was just not

Magic of Kristi Toguchi Video Blog #12- Touring: NIAGARA FALLS
In September I went to Niagara Falls for the first time in my life and I got to experience the magical power of the falls. It was so beautiful, and I had so much fun. I spent a day on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, then went down to the American side at night. INCREDIBLE!
Magic of Kristi Toguchi Video Blog #11-Las Vegas: WORKOUT
I recently started to train in new areas of circus arts. I am now working on the Lyra and Adagio. It is always challenging to learn new disciplines, but with a lot of hard work every thing seems to become easier with time. Things still frighten me....and I get really dizzy all the time, but it is worth it. There is still much work to be done, but everything is a work in progress.
I can't even count the bruises on my body now.

The Magic of Kristi Toguchi Video Blog #10- Touring: Trinidad
In May I headed for Trinidad to perform at the Centre of Excellence. It was so beautiful there. It reminded me of my home in Hawaii. I even saw many of the same plants. On my day off I had one of Trinidad's most famous dishes, Bake and Shark, and headed to the beach. I hope to go back again soon!

In the beginning of April I went to Cairo to perform at ABRACADABRA Cairo's 1st International Magic Show held at Cheops Ballroom. I performed for over 6,000 people (2,000 being Egyptian Orphans) in 4 shows. On our free day we went on a tour to see the pyramids of Giza and the sphinx.
