My cousin Dan is a heroic New York Fire Fighter, who was there on the tragic day of 9/11. Today, Dan and many other Fire Fighters, Police officers, and EMS Workers are suffering from the toxic smoke and fumes they inhaled for days to months. It is so sad to see so many heros in so much pain. To do my part I decided to direct a charity show for the FealGood Foundation and Grossman Burn Center to help those in need. I just started to learn how to play the Taiko Drum in February. The Taiko drum has such an intense sound, and our drum master Pierre Dube is incredible. We are in the process of learning new songs composed by Pierre, so I was a bit frustrated with myself that day. Oh well, there is just more work to be done.
